Clifton Strengths and Shadows

Listed here are my top 5 strengths as determined by Gallup's Clifton Strength Assessment. While these strengths can give valuable insight into how a person naturally best approaches various situation and their natural skillset when doing so, it also equally can expose their weaknesses, or the relevant "shadow side" to each of their strengths.

Of the 34 unique strengths, there are four categories representer by color: Orange, or Influencing Skills; Purple, or Executing Skills; Blue, or Relationship Building Skills; and finally Green, or strategic thinking skills.
